the air fryer 360 exterior gets really hot. the hotter inside the hotter the outside. it is a pain to clean. the door gets oil or condensation on it and runs down the door and onto your counter . the chicken does not crisp up like my power air fryer does. but the rotisserie is a good addirion.
My husband bought me Emeril air fryer for HIS birthday. I used it occasionally and was ok with it. Until December 23 in the middle of Christmas baking. My oven decided to quit and I had a sour cream pound cake ready to go in the oven. Time to see if the Emeril really bakes. IT DOES!!!!!. Prettiest pound cake I have ever made. Today I continued with my baking and made cookies and apple stack cake. I will be using my Emeril air fryer much more from now on.

The air fryer appears to be very easy regarding how to cook provided recipes but the French fry recipe does not work as printed. There is no indication of when to use the vegetable oil even though it is listed as an ingredient. I assume that you toss the fries in the made sauce with the oil prior to cooking the fries for the second time.
Bought mine on 2/6/21. Took almost fifteen days to receive it. Ordered the XL with accessories, did not receive the pizza rack (part of the XL package, also one more with accessory). Called Customer service on 2/23, explained my problem, told one would be sent out immediately. One week later, called back because I received nothing. This CSR said she would “escalate” my request to management and I would get an email either today or tomorrow. No response. Called again 3/8 and was told it would take 4-8 weeks for management to make a decision. Poor communication.

The screen said “you will get a chance to approve all additional charges before you are charged” – they charged my card anyway. I never got a confirmation of either order or confirmation of the additional “warranty”. I had mine 363 days and now it has stopped working. It is literally dead. I followed all the instructions plug into a dedicated socket, unplug after each use, and so on. I am so disappointed. I did see a review stating this happened to someone else before I bought it, but I assumed positive intent of the company. I have to say as much as I loved it when it was working I so very disappointed since there is no warranty!!!
